The aim of occupational safety is to protect the health of employees from hazards in the workplace. Ensuring safety in the workplace is one of the employer's most important tasks. It protects itself and its employees from sickness-related absences, avoids difficulties with the employers' liability insurance association and creates an organization that promotes humane work and does everything it can to ensure that employees can develop and thrive without worrying about their well-being.
Risk assessment as a central instrument of occupational safety
The focus
Our consulting services focus on risk assessment as a central instrument of occupational safety. We use it to determine and assess the relevant hazards for all employees of a company in connection with their operational activities and, based on these results, implement individually tailored protective measures to reduce the risk of accidents and health risks as much as possible.
We also monitor and document the integration of the necessary processes for occupational safety and create corresponding operating and work instructions and process descriptions.
Services
Our services also include supporting the procurement and testing management for work equipment and personal protective equipment, warehouse management for hazardous substances and the management of occupational health care. In addition, we take on the substitution procedure for hazardous substances and knowledge management in terms of regular training and further education for your employees.

The implementation
We support you in the legally compliant implementation of all occupational safety requirements in accordance with the German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) and the performance obligations of the German Social Accident Insurance and, in addition to this regular support, are also available for the evaluation and processing of special occupational health and safety issues. These include, for example, the evaluation and optimization of company organization, support for company management in communication with authorities and accident insurers, the optimization of occupational health and safety-related processes, the ergonomic design of workplaces, the assessment of potential psychological hazards and the implementation of special instruction and training measures.
